SUMMER INSTITUTE
Find Your Voice..
SMARTS Collaborative has been vigilantly monitoring the situation with the coronavirus (COVID-19) to ensure that the SMARTS Summer Institute is prepared for whatever steps we may need to take. The safety and well-being of our communities remains our top priority. SMARTS Summer Institute 2020 will not be held in person this year. We have been working with our summer staff for several months to create a fun Virtual Summer SMARTS multi-arts experience. We’re excited about the challenge and the possibilities.
We remain fluid in our thinking as we plan to make virtual SMARTS a social, interactive, hands-on multi-arts program.
We are asking you to think outside the box with us and join our creative process.
Please visit the Virtual Summer SMARTS page to learn more and register
Started in 1986, the SMARTS Summer Institute offers arts interested and talented students grades K-12, an opportunity to focus intensively on the arts and creativity and work under the guidance of working artists and arts educators. The SMARTS experience is about the creative process, imagination and dynamic opportunities to discover your own vision and voice. At SMARTS learning is fun, joyous and inspired.
