Why Does this Page Look Odd?

This page may look odd if your browser doesn't support stylesheets. An example of a browser that doesn't support stylesheets is Netscape Navigator 4. Pretty much any browser that has been released in the past two years will have good support for stylesheets and will allow you to see a very nice version of this site.
